Let us tell you the secrets to achieve the best large format tiles and their finished look!

Have you been thinking about Large Format Tiles but don't really know how to incorporate them into your home or your design or you don't know much about them? Fear not! We are here to help!

Let's start of with what makes a tile Large Format.

Large format tiles are wall or floor tiles that exceed the average 12×12 sized tile. These tiles are available in square or rectangular shapes and can be as large as 40×120. At Archi-tile we have a wide range of large format tiles in different colours and ranges , one of our popular large format ranges are : Malvern , which we recently done a self build project with , same with Sapphire which is currently a customer favourite , click here to view it!

Large Format Tiles are the more hygienic option , think about it! Fewer grout lines means fewer places for all the dirt that comes from the outside to be stored , and since they have a large surface they are easier to clean which in our opinion is a win-win!

Including your Large Format Tiles in your home or you design could actually improve yours or your clients self-esteem about the room since the room will appear more open. There also comes a shorter installation time with large format tiles meaning your project will be over and done with quicker.

With some of our ranges we offer tiles that can create a seamless look from the inside to the outside patio/garden, you can accomplish this by using the 10mm thick tiles in your indoor space and the 20mm thick in the outdoor!
